Did you know that reading to your child is the single most valuable thing you can do? Why?
1. It provides experiences of different types of language, rhymes and sounds.
2. Research shows that pre-school children who are exposed to plenty of language (books and conversations) tend to do better in school.
3. It is a wonderful way to bond with your child.
4. It is very calming for yur child.
So why not tuck yur child into bed tonight with a good book. Your child will thank you for it.
